Our Mission
Operation HOPE-North County’s mission is to offer a safe, caring, and supportive environment to families with children and single women experiencing homelessness as they rebuild their lives and reclaim independence.
We envision a region where individuals experiencing homelessness are not defined by their circumstances but are instead embraced with empathy, respect, and provided with the tools to regain their independence.

Every number represents a real family and a real story. This year, 73% of the families who exited our program moved into stable housing—a reflection of their hard work and the support of our entire community.
What We Do
Comprehensive Case Management
Workshops in Financial Literacy, Job Readiness, Parenting, and Social-Emotional Support.
Community Nourishment
Food, diapers, and basic necessities via the Pantry of HOPE.
High Satisfaction
96% of participants expressed high satisfaction with our services and dignity-first care.
Who We Serve
This year, our team had the honor of walking alongside 155 individuals from 54 families, including 97 children. These were children whose lives were impacted by the compassion, patience, and dedication of this team. Every interaction, every late night, and every encouraging conversation helped create a place where families could begin again.
