Empowering Families Toward Independence

At Operation HOPE–North County, we provide a safe shelter and structured path forward for families with children and single women experiencing homelessness. Through our Steps to Independence Program, residents receive personalized case management, hands-on life skills training, youth enrichment, and housing navigation—giving them the tools and support needed to regain stability and transition into permanent housing.
